SHIPPING and RETURNS
All items will be shipped within 3-5 days for purchase. Tracking information will be emailed to buyer when shipped.
Currently only shipping in the US.
If you've received a damaged or defective item, let us know! All damaged or defective item claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. Please reach out to us on our contact page and we will arrange to replace, exchange, or refund your item if it was damaged or defective prior to its use.
To return an item, you must have a receipt or record of purchase. To initiate a return, first contact us and describe the issue, referencing your order number.
To mail your return to us, it needs to be postmarked no more than 14 days from the date of receiving. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Once we receive your returned item, we will issue the monetary refund to your original form of payment (or store credit, if you prefer). At this point, you'll receive an email with your return confirmation.
